What are Your Business Hours


Business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM (EST). NO WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS




Processing Time


Processing for regular orders time is mandatory each order and is 7-10 business days.




Shipping Time


U.S. orders range from 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.




Pre Ordered Items


You will be provided an estimated ETA. Please read the item description before purchasing. Once our facility receives the PRE-ORDER shipment we will notify you via email. Please then allow 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office for your item to be be shipped. You will be sent tracking via email. We only provide priority and standard ground shipping. We do not offer any express, or overnight shipping ATM. All orders will be picked, packed, and fulfilled in the order that they were placed within 7-10 business days of the order date.




Lost/Stolen Packages


If your package has been lost or stolen, you must report this via email no later than 10 days from the delivery date stated on your orders tracking information. When checking out, please ensure the shipping address entered is accurate. Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, the United States Postal Service and/or any other shipping service that you have agreed to use during checkout will then be held liable. It is then the customers responsibility to contact the shipping provider to file a claim. Although we cannot be held responsible, if you contact us via email, we will do our best in assisting you.




Refund/Exchange


All items are FINAL SALE. Refunds/exchanges are not provided under any circumstances for any reason. We do not make changes to any orders and cannot change addresses due to security issues. Once we shipped out an order and it is marked as delivered, the order will be deemed invalid and not our responsibility. We do not replace any items, we stand by the quality of our products.




Graphic Design Policy


Business Hours Are Monday-Friday 11AM-8PM (logos may be sent anywhere between those times) ALLOW 24H FOR RESPONSE -(Please be mindful of the Update Inquiries ex: “how’s the logo coming along”..as this only slows down the process) -You will Receive 2 Concepts -I allow up to 3 revisions per Concept -Please (Unless Working With A Partner) Refrain From Holding Responses due to outside opinions -I only provide 1 png and 1 jpg -once the final is sent, any revisions after will begin at $10 -Please be Responsive.. services may take up to 3-5 Business Days-No Reply EQUALS NO SERVICES I will only reach out twice for updates -Please be sure that my designs meet your expectations, and are around the lines of something you are looking for, As we have a strictly enforced no refund policy. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGING OF BUSINESS NAME -In the meantime If there’s anything else you’d like for me to incorporate please don’t hesitate to inform me by EMAIL only
